Contact
Questions, corrections, and press inquiries are welcome. The best way to reach 4PHILLY is by email.
What to write about
- Report a data error. If a property's record looks wrong on 4PHILLY, tell us the address or OPA number and what seems off. Note that most records are read live from the City's systems, so an error may originate in the City's own data — but we want to know either way, and will tell you where the record actually comes from.
- Request a correction or removal. If you are a property owner or an affected party and believe information is inaccurate, email us with the specifics. 4PHILLY displays public City records; where our presentation of a record is wrong, we'll fix it.
- Press & research. Reporters, advocates, and researchers can reach out for help verifying a specific Philadelphia parcel or understanding the methodology.
- General questions & feedback. Anything about how the tool works, its data sources, or suggestions for improvement.
Response time
4PHILLY is maintained independently, so email is answered as time allows — typically within a few days. For anything urgent involving your housing, please contact a legal-aid organization directly rather than waiting on us (see below).
4PHILLY cannot give legal advice. It is an independent, non-governmental tool and provides legal
information only. If you need advice about your specific housing situation, contact a housing attorney or a legal-aid organization such as
Community Legal Services (
215-981-3700) or
Philadelphia Legal Assistance (
215-981-3800). In an emergency, call
911.
